Description

By 2025, it’s estimated that information production – aka data – will reach a mind-boggling 175 billion zettabytes (one zettabyte = 8,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 bits). Our company leaders, our people and our customers have access to so much data, but often we don’t know how best to harness customer data and put it to work. And we struggle to handle customer data, turn data into customer insights into action or even how to handle data properly at a time where customer privacy and trust are paramount.

In this 25-minute interactive session, we’ll share the foundational elements of creating and developing a data-driven culture to empower our customers, to arm our people to increase customer impact, to develop new products our customers love, and to build trusted relationships with our customers. More specifically, we’ll provide guidance on how business and tech leaders can:

  • Assess their company customer data maturity and readiness
  • Establish a company/team customer data manifesto
  • Identify essential roles and responsibilities for customer data
  • Craft a data governance process that customers and lawyers equally support
  • Explore how to value customer data as a company currency
