Fixing the Supply Chain will require enormous process change backed up by equally large technology refreshes. Moving from traditional isolated ‘logistics’ applications--purchased packages or bespoke code, often hosted on-premise—to today’s ‘real cloud’ (SaaS) integrated CRM/ERP/WMS/TMS networks is non-trivial. Taking advantage of vendors’ ‘Industry Cloud’ pre-packaged customizations; integrated analytics; low-code tools; and trading-partner integrations involves re-thinking many traditional business and IT notions.

We’ll review the major elements of modern supply-chain suites and help business and IT executives get started on this exciting and challenging journey.
